OUR DAILY ACTIVITIES

In our daily activities we have four regular classes in the morning for English. They are Confidence class for the advance students who are already fluent in English, Brave class for the intermediate students who need more practice, and the beginner classes of Respect 1 & 2, which are for all the beginner students.
Besides the English classes we also have Computer, led by Kohar, and Sewing classes led by Ibu Lilis and Mbak Atik. Recently we have expanded the sewing class so now we have two rooms for sewing.
Since January 2010, Yayasan Cipta Mandiri has grown larger since the kindergarten downstairs, Puri Kelinci, moved and left the floor for YCM. This gave us enough space to add more classes for English and Sewing , and give the students who live here in YCM their own private space downstairs. Our kitchen where we always cook our lunches moved to the ground floor too. All this means more exercise for all the tutors and students since we have to take the stairs up and down each day!
In the afternoon we have five regular classes for English. They are Explorer class for the advanced students, Adventurer and Enthusiastic classes for the intermediate students and Integrity and Honesty for all the beginner students. Besides those classes, we also have three Elementary classes; Smart, Happy and Cheerful, which are classified by their English and global knowledge skills.
Maybe you wonder about the names that we use for our classes? Well… those names were chosen by the students. They choose the suitable names that express their future wishes for their characters and themselves.
